The power base allows me to rest better and provides an enormous amount of data for how you slept each night after waking up in the morning. Really impressed with all of the features and options available from the 'ZeroG' position to the available of massage and anti-snoring functionality. Definitely recommend investing in one of the power bases if you are going to spend the money when purchasing a TempurPedic mattress.

The adjustable bed frame works mostly as expected. What I didn't expect was that the mattress would constantly slide off the side of the bed. There is a rail at the foot of the bed to keep the mattress in place, but nothing on the side. My elderly mother-in-law fell onto the floor because the mattress was 6 inches off the side of the bed frame. Also, the adjustable legs are extremely difficult to adjust after any weight is placed on them, such as after one night of sleeping on the bed.

I love my mattress. Unbelievable sleep and comfort. The power-base is a different story. It's already unplugged. I was in pretty bad pain when I was shopping for the mattress and I did ask about the non power base but the time I'd selected the mattress and gone through the long sales pitch, I just wanted it done. It's completely my fault for not being on top of it. I do want to add that I had been researching the mattress for a couple of years. I gave little thought to the base unfortunately.
The base can not be returned which is probably a smart move by the company because I think many people quickly realize that they don't need it.
I've tried a couple of different positions but I like it flat. The worst part is the bright blue light. I cannot sleep with any light in my room. For most people, light is not an issue but if you are one of those who needs a dark room, the blue light is a non starter. When I'm away from home, I have a good eye mask but at home, I like to be able to just sleep in my pitch black room!
I highly recommend the mattresses. I don't recommend the power-base unless money is not an issue.

This is our third set of TempurPedic smart bases. The first was purchased in 2012, the second just last year, but Hurricane Helene decided she wanted that one so we just got this ProSmart Base and it is AMAZING. Not that the previous two weren't great, but this bases is next level. The lumbar support is a game changer.

The person who delivered it was very helpful. However I was disappointed to learn that he was unable to attach it to my headboard because pieces needed to do so had to be purchased separately. Since I had asked specifically about attaching it, I expected it came with the Power Base. Why was I not told I needed to get the brackets in addition?
I am enjoying the ability to raise the head and foot! I have noticed that my back feels better in the morning!

The quality of my sleep has dramatically improved since we got our split king with the ease power base. I sleep with the head elevated and no longer do I wake up every hour and a half. I love the zero gravity position for meditation. I tried the base with massage and didn't find the "massage" to be anything more than vibration. This base does everything I want and need.

I bought the Ergo Prosmart power base. I've had it 4 days. This is their high-end adjustable base with all the bells and whistles and yet there are two areas that are seriously flawed, one that is actually dangerous for those with mobility issues.
Cons:
1. There is no battery backup which automatically switches over if the power goes out so that you can use the remote to flatten the bed. If you have mobility issues this is problematic. For example, you are in bed with your knees elevated and the power goes out, you must be able to get out of the bed without flattening it first in order to move the control box input cable from the wall power supply and plug it into a small strip that has two 9v batteries attached to it. Then you can flatten the knees. Keep in mind the power is out so you have to do this in the dark or perhaps by flashlight. For a high-cost bed this seems like a huge oversight and if you buy any sort of high-end electric recliner it has this utility built into the power supply box (as long as you remember to insert the batteries before you need it).
2. The User Input for both the remote and the sleeptracker AI app is seriously lacking and not user friendly. Despite have 4 buttons which can be programed for bed positions, none can be used or will include any of the massage functions. The bed has 3 wave form levels, 3 intensity settings for the head and 3 intensity settings for the feet. All of these make you go in a circle from low to high. There is no way to go down or turn it off other than to cycle through all three levels for each button. If you like the top levels, you have to hit the button 3 times for each. Thats 9 times you have to hit a button to get to the top-level wave form, intensity for the head and intensity for the feet. They provide no way to use a programable button to set your favorite massage setting. There is also no easy way to set the length of time for the massage feature without going through three levels of menus. It's just not user friendly.
3. No trial period so best be sure before plucking down the money.
Pros:
1. There are 4 programable buttons for positioning. Two are labeled fav 1 and fav 2. Two are labeled TV and anti-snore (zZ) but all are programable for position.
2. The waveform massage through sound speakers is amazing, significantly better than zone massage devices in other beds.
3. the lumbar support really adds another super level of positioning comfort
4. The Sleeptracker ai app is nice, provides some additional access to features like massage wave form frequency from 28hz to 88Hx
5. Alexa voice command can be used through the Sleeptracker ai app to set positioning. Unfortunately, it will not accommodate voice control for massage.
I recommend this product if you are not concerned with the Cons and you are willing to shell out big bucks to get the wave form massage. If not for the massage there are other adjustable beds you can buy for 1/2 the price that will also give you a trial period.

I enjoy having the option to adjust the incline on my new mattress. I had it installed with my existing bed frame and headboard. All you do is remove the cross slates and your existing bed frame fits around it.

Horrible. From the first month on nothing but problems with this base. First it wouldn't connect to bluetooth, then they somehow got it connected and said if it happens again call back. Well I did call back. And the part they were going to replace was the processor, but no, the person on the other end said it's the speaker. So they ordered a speaker. Then the speaker was on backorder. I called about that and they said hey, let us try to fix it again. So it appeared to be working and now it's back to not connecting to wifi just as it did in the beginning. Sounds to me like faulty processors and now I will have to wait to call again to hopefully have the processor replaced. I previously had a sleepnumber base and had it for 10 years without a single issue. The only reason I got a new base is because I was told my warranty on the mattress would be void if I didn't purchase the correct base. Now I feel like it is a garbage base that I am stuck with. Come one tempurpedic, I really expected better from you!!

As a long time Tempur-pedic owner, it was time to replace our mattress, so we purchased a new mattress and the power base after trying it out in the store. What a difference, the powerbase makes in comfort in bed. The immediate relief felt in the lower back, you don't even realize the stress is there until it goes away. Highly recommend these! My first nights Sleep was better than my last night on my previous Tempur-pedic. We are very, very pleased with the purchase. I'm looking forward to spending more time using the music, massage and the sleep tracking features to both relax, fall asleep and just overall enjoy the wind down experience even more!

We have had this bed for about a month now and don't know what we did before. We purchased it with the Stearns & Foster® Lux Estate Soft Pillowtop Mattress - King and cannot stop talking about how much we love it. We are now sleeping through the night without waking up to have to switch positions because we are that comfortable all night long. My husband used to have to go out to the recliner every night. That has also stopped. It has helped with my snoring as well. Would highly recommend to anyone considering this product.

Purchased a mattress and adjustable bed frame along with a 10 year warranty in December of 2023. The head portion of my bed wouldn't stay up. I called in February to get it fixed. It's now the middle of May and they are telling me it possibly could be another 30 days if the company has to order the motor. That would mean another 3 months. The warranty has been poor! I am getting ready to report them to the BBB. Also going to contact WRAL TV. Kelly Arthur!! Very disappointed with their warranty!!!!!

I purchased a Sealy mattress and an adjustable base about three weeks ago. Initially, I believed the discomfort I was experiencing was due to the mattress being too firm, so I returned it. However, after trying a different mattress, I realized that the issue was actually with the adjustable base, every mattress felt extremely uncomfortable.
Unfortunately, I've been dealing with persistent back pain ever since the purchase. I reached out to Sealy's customer service but was informed that since this is not a warranty issue and the base is considered a final sale, they are unable to offer any support or a refund.
This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience, especially considering the impact on my health and my investment in what I hoped would improve my sleep.

I debated getting the adjustable frame but I am sooo happy I did. This is a game changer! I love that I can watch TV or read a book comfortably. Even if I need to clean under the bed I can fit my vaccine underneath my bed when I have it all raised up. I LOVE the auto features of the zero gravity button and the flat button (how it automatically adjusts for you) it's the absolute best!!

This was my first adjustable frame. I purchased it without trying it out. The first night I raised the head too high. The second night I adjusted the head lower and raised the bottom higher. It's been perfect. I'm so glad I purchased the adjustable frame. Between that and the mattress my sleep has improved 100 percent.

I rarely splurge on myself but I'm so glad I did. The pro smart base does everything except sign me a lullaby... But wait, it can do that too! Goldilocks could have been happy in this bed. You have the ability to move it into the perfect position for watching TV, reading and most of all sleeping! If this base holds up over time (25 year warranty) you will be kicking yourself for not splurging sooner.
