Our Return Policy

Policies:

Mattresses:

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, but we do offer 100% in-store credit. Mattress must be returned unstained and in like-new condition. Customer is responsible for shipping upon return. Must be returned wrapped in plastic.

Furniture:

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, but we do offer 100% in-store credit. If a customer receives any damaged items, we will work with the supplier to get the item repaired/replaced for the customer. Pictures of damage will expedite the replacement/repair of your product, as well as give the supplier the info they need to fix this problem in the future.

Pictures needed:

  • Picture of the packaging (if there is noticeable damage)
  • Picture of complete item
  • Picture of damaged area (up close)

A minimum of (1-2) weeks should be expected for resolution

60/120 Comfort Trial Exchange:

The Comfort Trial exchange is a reselection, not a refund. Customer can exchange mattress for one of equal or greater value (if greater, customer pays the difference). Local customers will pay a minimum of $75 for re-delivery of second mattress. Direct-shipped products will be returned to the store at the expense of the customer. Must be returned unstained and in like-new condition. Stains or excessive wear of any kind will void the Comfort Trial as well as the manufacturer warranty. Customer must sleep on the mattress for a minimum of (30) days, no exceptions. We offer a one-time Comfort Trial Exchange.

Non-Refundable Items:

Due to the personal/specific nature of the items, the following will not be refunded/exchanged:

  • Bedding Accessories (e.g. Pillows, Mattress Protectors, Sheets, etc.)
  • Waterbed Accessories
  • Adjustable Power Bases
  • Closeouts/Floor Models
  • Special Order Merchandise (e.g. Specialty Sizes, Custom-made Bedding, etc.)
