It will take time for your body to adjust to your new mattress, so we ask that you sleep on it for a minimum of 30 nights to allow for this adjustment period.
If you are not comfortable within 120 nights, we will help you reselect the right mattress. Our 120 NIGHT WAKE UP HAPPY PROMISE is valid for one return and must be done within 120 days from your delivery date.
You may exchange your mattress once, with a redelivery fee of $75 in our local delivery area. We recommend a stain-proof mattress protector to keep your mattress clean.
Snuggy's Mattress Express is unable to exchange any stained, unsanitary or damaged mattress under the 120 NIGHT TRIAL period. Do not remove the law tag from the mattress as it will void the 120 NIGHT TRIAL.
Please note that our 120 NIGHT TRIAL is not valid on warranty exchanges, clearance items, floor models, pillows, mattress protectors, adjustable bases, furniture or other accessories.
